📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Processing time may vary depending on artwork approval, print volume, and current demand.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST are processed the next business day.

  • Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

  • During high-volume periods (such as holidays or sales), processing may take a bit longer.

We ship all orders from our facility at:

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority/Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Local Pickup: Available by appointment only (please contact us before arrival)

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your selected service and location.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen issues.


💰 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and size

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected delivery speed

Free or discounted shipping promotions may be available for certain order amounts.

Currently, we ship to all U.S. states and territories.
If you’re outside the U.S., please contact our support team before placing your order to check for international shipping options.


🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your delivery.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates after shipment.


⚠️ Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Vivid DTF Transfers is not responsible for:

  • Packages lost, delayed, or damaged by the carrier

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
We’ll be happy to assist by providing shipment details and documentation.


🖨️ Artwork Responsibility

Please ensure your uploaded artwork is print-ready (300 DPI, transparent background, correct dimensions) before placing your order.
Delays caused by incorrect or low-quality artwork files are the customer’s responsibility.


✏️ Address Corrections

Be sure to double-check your shipping address during checkout.
If you need to correct your address, contact us immediately at vividdtftransfers@gmail.com before your order ships.
Once shipped, we cannot reroute or edit delivery details.
